Axpertec, also known as AXP in Europe and as Xion in the US, has been a relatively conservative company since the time of their foundation back in 2002 and therefore they aren't very well known among the enthusiast cycles. Nevertheless, they have released several high end products aiming towards gamers and modders lately, some of which are quite interesting.

Today we will have a look at one of their latest and better PSUs, the Supernova 800W unit. The Supernova units are made to deliver good performance as well as a unique design at a competitive price.

Is it just me, or is 'supernova' a horrible name for a power supply?

Nice review. I've never heard of AXP/Xion before.
