DH Review: Ultra Microfly SX6

Read The Review Here
______________________

There is a niche audience who are constantly seeking the smallest, lightest chassis available. This specialist audience has directed companies towards designing cubic mATX cases which are considerably smaller and lighter than ATX cases.

Many of the first generation mATX cases were very restrictive and therefore not very popular, however cubic mATX cases have, like much in the world of technology, evolved considerably since then. Today we will take a look at one of the most interesting cubic mATX cases available, the Ultra MicroFly SX6. The MicroFly has an Ultra XVS 600W modular PSU installed from the factory and is able to house full length video cards and optical drives ... therefore on paper the MicroFly SX6 should be one of the best mATX cases an enthusiast can buy.

Meaker is on a distinguished road

Oh dear, its a carbon copy of the aspire x-qpack with something built over the face.

The problem with the case design is that it has NO space above the graphics cards for third party coolers and due to a plate above the CPU not very much space there either.

A much better design is the Lanbox lite from thermaltake with more room above the CPU and oodles of room for a thermalright HR-03 great for high performance cards made passive.

Oh and the slideout tray is really flimsly attached at at the back, not up to constant use.
