I am getting rid of this mobo which was sent to me by Asus as part of a warranty deal I received after my original had a defect on it. They sent me this brand new replacement with box and all, and everything is still sealed. It comes with all of the accessories, like cables, USB panel, copy of WinDVD, IO shield, PATA/SATA cables, and more.
I used this same mobo for about 4 months on my AMD 64 machine. It has a ton of features in the BIOS and such for OCing, setting manual values, and other goodies. It runs flawlessly under Windows XP and has an AGP8X port which I used with my X800 Pro. I never ran across any problems.

(This WiFi edition is not being sold in stores any longer because they have put a non-wifi model on the market without the extra wifi card and antena extender. My model has the full Wifi kit. Also, my mobo isnt a refurb as Newegg is selling on their site.)
Here are a few pics of the package (the contents are all sealed even though the box was opened. Asus doesnt seal their boxes with any sticker or tape, so dont think its open box.)
