well for anything other than the hds they are flat prices. The hd;s have to be packed really carefully cause I dont want them to be damaged in transport. I have had bad experiences with that. I also get insurance on every shipped item. For hd's the shipping cost is 10 dollars so its pretty cheap. That covers packing, insurance, and 2nd day priority delivery
