instrument playback problem, help newbie guy
Hi everyone.
Maybe a stupid question. Problem that i useless tried to solve. I have Kontakt player that works fine, but when loaded some instruments like "saxophone", Kontakt player dont give any sound. Till you can see that is cpu usage when you click virtual key...but no playback. My pc is a AMD 64 with SB Live (CT4670) with kx driver installed. I really appreciate if anyone can give clue what i am doing wrong (or missing )

Your NOT using winXP64 are you? - if so, KX WILL NOT work in WinXP64 - it requires 64 bit drivers and KX is 32 bit only.
You are using KX ASIO as the 'audio driver' in Kontact- correct? Also - I'll asume you are using the default KX DSP config.. While your at it - look at the KX 'About' screen a post ALL the info, that screen copies to clipboard, here so we see everything about your card and KX.. .. right click on KX tray icon - select 'ABOUT...' |
