OS halt when installing kxdriver

This problem made me confused for couples of weeks.....

I have an SB Live!5.1 -SB0220 sound card. After system found the kx generic device and installed the kxdriver and trying to load it, the OS halt, need a cold reset, even if I installed kxdriver under Safemode, the OS will halt when Windows booting up and displayed the splash screen.

This sound card can work properly under Creative Sound Card Driver.

My Hardware configuration is:

AMD Athlon 800, ABit KT7-RAID, IRQ 10 is allocated to only one device SB0220.

I had tried to install v3534, v3537 and v3538a under these system environment:
Windows 2000 Pro SP4, DirectX 9.0c
Windows XP Pro SP2, DirectX 9.0c

but all failed.

Any one has the same problem like this? or any one can help me?
