liveDrive not working?

I reinstalled my whole pc with xp cause my motherboard
was broken. Blabla...

I was glad to see that the kX-Drivers work fine under XP
( didnt work out with 2000). I got a SB live Platinum
[ CT4760 ] with a liveDrive II. Cubases latence is on 10 so I couldnt
wait to test playin´ a vstinstrument with my midikeyboard.
but no input available. even the headphone jack on the liveDrive
seems to be dead ( there comes some little noise on high volume
setting, but no sound). In the kx Mixer I can see Aux2 and stuff,
so that I believe that it must have found the liveDrive...

Who can help? I don´t know what to do... I am thankful 4 any
kind of help...

perhaps, your livedrive ][ wasn't initialized correctly
if you are using the latest drivers (3533), run 'kxctrl -dbr' from the command line
also, copy&paste the hardware configuration ('about...' dialog box)

Thanx for your fast help, I typed "kxctrl -dbr" in command line,
but no change with my problem... LiveDrive II is still not
working. What should I copy and paste? I am sorry, that I
didn´t understand what you meant. Can you explain it a little?

What else can help?

>> I typed "kxctrl -dbr" in command line

did you get 'ok' confirmation message?

>> 'about..'

right click on the kX Mixer system tray icon
choose 'about...'

scroll down until you see 'software/hardware configuration'
select & copy this info to the clipboard and paste it in your posting
