"_KX_WAVEOUT89_NAME" issue: confirmed. invalid INF file. fixed
"ProFX": it requires update for 3544 and later to work on any 10k2/10k2.5 card, since ASIO source is no longer FXBus0..15 "ASIO SEND A routing allows FXBuss 16 as an option": confirmed. fixed "sb-2004?" and "sb-2005?" models: any model with '?' it its name will probably not work with kX Mixer, so, I need to get your exact model numbers as written on your card sticker === I already changed SB-2005 to 'SB0355' (Gateway OEM) pls let me know your SB-2004 model E. |

BTW: The SB100A? appears to be an Audigy2 SB0246.
i.e. (from Gateway driver INF) PCI\VEN_1102&DEV_0004&SUBSYS_20041102 (SB0355) PCI\VEN_1102&DEV_0004&SUBSYS_10061102 (SB0245) PCI\VEN_1102&DEV_0004&SUBSYS_100A1102 (SB0246) <edit> Oops, shouldn't that be the SB2004? </edit> Last edited by Russ; Aug 11, 2008 at 09:33 AM. |

I think E. probably got the 2 mixed up and it is the SB2005? model number that is still needed. |

It seems that way, but I do not have a magical serial number decoder or anything
, but that is usually how the serial numbers work (and with the matching device ID, etc)....You can also check the numbers printed on the card as shown here: SB Product Index No More Goat Soup Last edited by Russ; Aug 11, 2008 at 07:19 PM. |

First of all, thank you for putting more attention to my problem.
I believe my Device Instance ID from Page 2 is the same with midi_nn and both our cards use the "SB-2004?" driver. But the "SB-2004?" uses the following ID: PCI\VEN_1102&DEV_0004&SUBSYS_20041102 And our card have this ID: PCI\VEN_1102&DEV_0004&SUBSYS_20041102&REV_04 "SB-2005?" uses this ID: PCI\VEN_1102&DEV_0004&SUBSYS_20051102 So I believe our Gateway OEM cards, should fall in between the SB-2004? and SB-2005?. Maybe add a new model and not replace the SB-2004? Just a guess. DjGioD's card installs as a "SB-2005?". We need to contact him for his card's ID. The following are(maybe) the SB-2004? models: Sound Blaster Audigy 2 - Dell (OEM) SB0353 Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS - Var Pack SB0352 And maybe these are the SB-2005? models: Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS - HP (OEM) SB0359 Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS - DELL (OEM) SB0358 Thanks again for the hard work. Please let me know, if you are going to release the updated installer. |

There is also a REV_04 (i.e. DjGioD's card) and a REV_05 for the SB-2005? Hardware ID.
