exclamation One big CLICK when comp start (3530 and 3531)!

First of all i want to say one big thanks for this splendid piece of work ! It's very respectful to see people do something just from pure entusiasam (nonprofit) today! All be short (not indeed ) !

1. WinXP , ABIT NF7-S (nForce2) , 1 GB RAM, Athlon XP2600, Live 1024 Player (CT4830, third slot from AGP), ACPI computer, no interlieved IRQs, everything works fine !
2. With upernamed mashine and with 3528 i dont have any problems (but have famous "-5 bug" error in ASIO applications with lots of load of memory) !
3. When i put the 3530 or 3531, when the system show big winxp logo (i suppose when he inicialize the kx driver) i hear one big , annoying clicks (loud that could damage my speakers) !
4. I know pretty much about comps, setups, digital audio, expecialy about my hardware setup, and tryin everything do make this problem go away (hardware and software twiks), but maybe i lack something ???

Now use 3530, and have 5 ms latency (in CUBASE SX 1.05.61) with 5 "Steinberg The Grand" samplebased instruments (50-60 % CPU, >1 GB occupie ) playing arround without a single drop or click (except one big , when driver start ! )! I suppose this is not big problem to solve (i know some programing in Turbo Pascal , Delphi, but dont have enough time to fight with such-a complex and serious aplication) !

Thanks in advance !

PS. This new rewriten ASIO kicks asses !
Greetings from Serbia !!!

pls do the following:
unload kX Mixer and any audio applications
go to Device Manager and disable your audio card
if you are asked to reboot - do this
(after reboot ignore any kX Mixer pop-ups)

now, go to control panel and enable the audio card
can you hear the click?..

(generic startup with kX Mixer)

well, could you pls copy & paste your hardware configuration ('about...')?
I'm afraid it might be uneasy to solve this issue remotely...

Aaaarrrgghh!

Did u work this one out? I am having the same problem with XP. This is the first set of kx drivers I've installed and, apart from this problem, I am absolutely amazed that such an excellent piece of software is free to all. People such as yourselves are few and far between nowadays. Pls help if you can, and even if you can't, thank you.

...By the way, I have Hauppauge WinTV card installed (do you know of any conflict?) and the problem, which is more of a very loud buzz than a click, starts after user log and lasts until the kx settings are automatically restored (2 or 3 seconds). Thanks again.
