3538J & K bug: Opening multiple applets skin error

Ok .. .even tho Im still using 3538J I am going to post this bug.

I can open multiple instances of:
'Synth Compatibility', 'Driver Compatibility' and 'OSD Notification Setting' applets...

And when I do... the BG for the skin seems to get lost in the additional applets opened.

I would not expect to be able to open these applets multiple times... and IF IS meant to be able to (I doubt..but??) I would expect to see it skinned properly lol.

How this was discovered was by testing Russ' latest PluginQL - with a hotkey its more likely to open them in multiples - thus why I suspect it has gone un-noticed.

In talking with Russ via PM it is still evident in K as well. Thus why I posted the title including 3538K.

Yes, I confirm that it is the same with 3538k. Also, note that although it was discovered using the addon (using hotkeys to launch the applets), the same behavior is observed when selecting those applets multiple times from the kX menu (without closing the applet each time), so the issue is not caused by the addon.

I noticed some other symptoms related to this bug.
When having these windows (the ones mentioned above) open at the same time as some other windows (these windows, and/or some other kX applets), closing one will sometimes close another along with it.

I do not know the exact circumstances (seems to depend on the order that the windows are opened), but for example:
Open up the Setup Buffers window.
Open up the Synth Compatibility window.
Close the Setup Buffers window and both windows close.

Another example:
Open the OSD Notifications window.
Open the Driver Compatibilty window.
Open up the Synth Compatibility window.
Close the OSD Notifications window and both OSD Notifications and Synth Compatibity windows close.
