According to the text, it emulates some features, and nulls others, with varying results.
It also appears to have CHEATER capabilities - eg. run tests without rendering!

Please do NOT waste peoples time by generating impossibly fast test scores - the only legitimate use is for CPU testing, as it proves how fast you COULD get if the video card were infinitely fast.

Popupstopper and secure settings recommended - their host seem to have a NASTY popup, and may attempt to drop something on you. If Counter.EXE appears, that is misconfiguration of a download manager - it's actually a counter script and should NOT download.
