Adding text on video?
Okay well I'm in the process of making and vid and usually windows movie maker is sufficent but now I need text in a specific location and windows movie maker is no good... So does anyone know a good program where I can add text with effects and stuff or no? (free if possible)
If this is the wrong place to post... Well move it but since it has something to do with heavenly visions...

Yeah....you will probably need to pay for Premiere or Premiere Pro...you can find older copies of Premiere on ebay (like 4.2) for somewhat cheap and from that point an upgrade is only about $200 from Adobe and you can download it right away so no waiting for shipping!

I know this is old thread ... but I wanna say my opinion too
If you planning to add watermark (text, image or video) to your videos, I can suggest to try a program called ''VidLogo''
http://www.geovid.com/VidLogo/
