Converting NTSC to PAL Format
I'm making up some home movies to send to some relatives in Europe and am trying to figure out how convert these files from the NTSC format to the PAL format that they use in Europe. Can anybody help me out?

AVI to DVD Video Converter Software VSO ConvertXtoDVD this'll do the trick it can convert just about any video file to any DVD format PAL or NTSC PM me if you want some links
