Is there any freeware program to create DVD video from various clips?
Acala DVD creator is one but is not freeware.
I could swear my nero oem used to have this option, but not anymore.

I don't know of any freeware tool but ConvertXToDVD is excellent. I've made hundreds of DVDs with it.

I use a program called VideoRedo, but that's not necessarily "freeware" either.
