HELP True Surround From Sound Card

Hey Fellas, ive spent the past couple days doing some intense research on trying to get my Realtek Sound Card To Output True Surround Sound Through a Digital Coaxial Cable
Here is an image of the software that my realtek came with (it was onboard my Asus MOBO)

So if anyone could like give me a link to a realtime AC3 Encoder that is compatible or some software that will allow me to listen to my movies in Dolby D, play my games in true surround, and maybe even later, a link to a software that simulates surround out of none surround audio (like my music) but thats for later

any help is appreciated and im willing to try anything
if you need any pictures just ask
and thnx alot for any suggestions
