YouP Pax Fi v2.31 and Zone Alarm Pro problem

I make it a clean XP Pro SP2 + [all updates] install ( I don't remember how many times ), I maked a custom install of Audigy4Pro-YpoauxP.iso without drivers and audio console, but the problemm is that after YouP Pax Fi v2.31 install it makes me a conflict with Zone Alarm Pro because any time I want to shutdown or reboot, zlclient.exe doesn't respond ... and make a forced close. I try it to clean with Drive Cleaner Pro 1.4, in safe and normal mode, but it can't delete all registry entry about Creative, I try a manual clear, but it doesn't let me to delete.
With last driver from Creative, SBAX_WEBUP_LB_2_08_0004, all works fine, except Graphic Equalizer and no DTS decoder in Audio Console.

I don't know what is the problem ???!!!! Any suggestions ???
