EQ for selected programs?

Hi!

Is there any type of program u can set the Bass / Treble for the programs you choose (Like Ventrilo in my case) and leave the other at default settings ?

In wondering this beacuse i hate the Bass in Ventrilo....my sub goes berzerk when some ppl are talking with a shitty microphone!
