YouP PAX NewYear v1.2(option 2) will be the best chioce.

BTW, some Audigy 1 users do not need to update CMS, cos you can get a function which Audigy 2 users do not have, that is multi-channel record at 96KHz/24Bit on CMS player.

It is CMS3(3.0016) of Audigy4. The update I said was CMS3(3.1016). Both them are CMS3 and there is not too much difference between them.

All YouP drivers support ASIO(asio1.0 and asio2.0).

leon, why do u recommend # 2 instead of #1? I have the 1.2 new years on here, in dxdiag it says i have version 5.12.0001.1042.

Do you think i should just install the software and not the newer driver?

If you have NewYear 1.2 drivers, you have to uninstall it and install the package and you also have to remove all Creative drivers, and software. So, you can install them all at one time only.

BTW, the 1.2 drivers in this package does not contain PAX NewYear 1.2 uninstaller, you need to using independent PAX NewYear 1.2 to uninstall these drivers that you download before if you want to.

Uhh.... In 3 hours (after 12:00 Pacific Standard TIme) you drivers have used up my 5GB daily bandwidth... Second day in a row!

I deleted the old Audigy stuff, and now I have to start downloading from the slow MyDrivers. Once I get it I will upload it.

Hopefully my site will be back up... LOL

anybody else have a mirror? LoL I am downloading from mydrivers and I started at 10am in the morning... It's 12:41pm and I still have 7 hours to go.

I want to provide a mirror, because I think these drivers are awesome. But first I need the drivers.

btw, I am setting up my other mirror for the drivers. It has 120GB per month. It'll help somewhat.

The software works flawlessly for me so far. Though functions seems the same as the ZS-PAX, but I always welcome something new and new interface!

Addition:
All users: lease delete directory, "X:\Program Files\Creative" before you intall this package.
And this Package supports Audigy2 Value! What you do is to uninstall all drivers and applications including "X:\Program Files\Creative". Then open "regedit" to remove:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Creative Tech

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Creative Tech
Choose Audigy/Audigy2 for your sound card while installation processed.

Once I have my file downloaded (which I don't until Ordorica's site gets back up), I will put this file up onto bittorrent. This way the file permeates through the web easier than on a bandwidth limited server.

i don't even have the file myself (see the reason on the site). The mydrivers site runs at about 3 or 4 k a second for me, so that will take forever.

If you get a torrent going, I can mirror that no problem. I got a 2MB per second upload rate from my University. but first I need to reinstall windows.... See my site for that explanation too...

btw, I got another 120GB host coming up soon. but I still need the file before I can host it.

Hi classic leon and all:

I finally got around to installing this PAX-NewYear2005. I installed the 2nd option with NewYearv1.2 driver, and I didnt install any of the updates. First the good news. As classic leon said the NewYearv1.2 driver release in this package has an ASIO driver. It's impressively good, too. I get 7 ms latency using 4 softsynths in SONAR 4. Thank you all on the team YouP and classic leon for making this release available as such

, cause the 1st NewYearv1.2 release didnt have an ASIO driver! This ASIO Driver works really well, so Creative has improved the ASIO Driver (I think), if this has come from the Audigy 4 Drivers. With other ASIO drivers from Creative, I could only get a usable 20 ms latency.

The music playback sounds great, and the icons for the Audio Control panel is in English on the desktop and in Windows Control panel.

Now the problem for me is the installer for this package has a fixed default install directory to the C:\ drive. There's no option to change the install directory. I have another Operating System on C, so I wanted to install to my OS on the H:\ drive. I wasnt able to do that. Maybe that's why I have a problem of not having the Creative applications listed on my start menu for H:\. All I have is the Audio Control Panel icon on my desktop. I went to C drive to look for the applications, but I cant find them there either. I looked in C:\Program Files and found no Creative folder. I see a folder on the C drive named NewYear2005, but it only is 495 kb in size and has only a folder named CTRun in it. Where are the applications such as CMS, AudioHQ, Creative Mixer, and the rest of these apps?

Really, all I wanted was the drivers for quick music production projects and gaming, so it's not a big deal for me. I use kX for seriouis music production and kX is on my C drive OS, purely for music production. That's why I want to install this package to my H drive. Can there be an option to custom install this package to any available HDD on one's system?

Because I cant find the Creative software apps, I cant comment on how they are working. Help?

But this is a fine release otherwise!

Edit: Also after installation, some program tries to run some kind of demo, but a window opens when I click next. I select the only file "ctrun.dbd" and when I click next, this just keeps happening over and over. I'm getting no where. I'm wondering if the other Creative apps have even installed on my PC.

I have a big problem with installing the LIVE NEW YEAR driver's. When I want to install the Audigy 2 ZS drivers, the Setup say that i don't have a Audigy 2 ZS

I tried all the other Soft Mod's like LIVE -->Audigy 2 and something else, but they all don't work.
I have a Sounblaster LIVE 5.1 Digital, maybe that is the problem?

daredevil u installed the live package, those are only meant for sb live, u should have installed the audigy x new years package, downloads are slow right now

Thank you all on the team YouP and classic leon for making this release available as such , cause the 1st NewYearv1.2 release didnt have an ASIO driver! This ASIO Driver works really well, so Creative has improved the ASIO Driver (I think), if this has come from the Audigy 4 Drivers. With other ASIO drivers from Creative, I could only get a usable 20 ms latency. The music playback sounds great, and the icons for the Audio Control panel is in English on the desktop and in Windows Control panel. Now the problem for me is the installer for this package has a fixed default install directory to the C:\ drive. There's no option to change the install directory. I have another Operating System on C, so I wanted to install to my OS on the H:\ drive. I wasnt able to do that. Maybe that's why I have a problem of not having the Creative applications listed on my start menu for H:\. All I have is the Audio Control Panel icon on my desktop. I went to C drive to look for the applications, but I cant find them there either. I looked in C:\Program Files and found no Creative folder. I see a folder on the C drive named NewYear2005, but it only is 495 kb in size and has only a folder named CTRun in it. Where are the applications such as CMS, AudioHQ, Creative Mixer, and the rest of these apps? Really, all I wanted was the drivers for quick music production projects and gaming, so it's not a big deal for me. I use kX for seriouis music production and kX is on my C drive OS, purely for music production. That's why I want to install this package to my H drive. Can there be an option to custom install this package to any available HDD on one's system? Because I cant find the Creative software apps, I cant comment on how they are working. Help? But this is a fine release otherwise! Edit: Also after installation, some program tries to run some kind of demo, but a window opens when I click next. I select the only file "ctrun.dbd" and when I click next, this just keeps happening over and over. I'm getting no where. When I want to install the Audigy 2 ZS drivers, the Setup say that i don't have a Audigy 2 ZS I tried all the other Soft Mod's like LIVE -->Audigy 2 and something else, but they all don't work. I have a Sounblaster LIVE 5.1 Digital, maybe that is the problem? Here a pic of the official driver:
