Recreated the Eax:Normal Effect to work with Audigy 2 ZS

I recreated the EAX:Normal Effect environment from the Audigy 1 cards. All you do is import it into your eax control panel. So far I tried it on my Audigy 2 ZS card and it works.

I know alot of ppl missed this feature before web updates got rid of it.So heres a link to the effect I created:
Eax Effect
