More Problems with Audigy!
Well after the sound not working again last night after resetting the CMOS (long story), I uninstalled and reinstalled the offical Creative drivers. However, I didn't get any sound... oh boy...
This damn install box keeps coming up every time I restart windows (after I uninstall it from the Device Manager):
Also, a 'PCI Input Device' and Creative Game Port' is being installed, even after I uninstall them and restart Windows...
I just don't get it... There is no uninstall per se via the Add/Remove window in the CP, so I just use Driver Cleaner to uninstall the sound drivers. I also tried installing the Audigy 2 ZS drivers that are on this forum, but still the same crap... Also tried removing the card from the PCI slot, putting it in another one... yada yada, still don't work...
Someone tell me what to do?

if i remember right you previously used the kX drivers?
try plugging the the speaker jack into the green (front) output of the card…

No, I've never used the kX Project drivers on THIS Windows... I've reformatted since then... I've always had the official Creative drivers until now.

make sure that in the windows sound control panel that the creative card is default… occasionally an (emulated) may appear - and therefore not work correctly

Finally got it working... Well... the metal slot that you screw in with all the connectors on it was kinda bent... bent enough so the card wasn't going in the PCI slot far enough...
But now the sound is only coming out of the left speaker... Would reinstalling the drivers AGAIN help?

i doubt that… try making sure that all audio cables are connected securlely - it sounds like your jack is just slightly out a little at the back of the soundcard
