how do i use the audigy 2 zs eq?
i wanted to know how to use the audigy 2 zs eq since i have gotten the drivers working. I want something that gives more bass and more treble and/or could someone explain what each bar does? I'm trying to get something to work out for rap/hip hop music.
i tried fooling around this is what i got

its a standard graphics EQ.....left is bass, and right is treble, with various midranges in the middle

if it is a 10 band eq… each fader represents one octave of sound, 20-40hz, 40-80hz, 80-160hz and so on if i'm not mistaken… so amplify the frequencies you want (each octave starts at double the frequency of the octave below ie A3=440, A4=880 etc)

i think i kinda figured out now eventually ill get it perfectly but its good enough. got a serious bass/treble boost from it.

good luck setting it up, and don't forget to save the preset
EDIT: i just saw your image… you may want to decrease the master fader a bit… by as many dB as you increased the highest eq fader… so you don't get clipping and distortion ruining your sound

i did save the preset, and i changed it slightly from what u see in the image, i used the winamp and WMP eq as a guide.
