Audigy2/Live! - Sound cutting out

There's been a problem with Live! soundcards on my friend, sound cuts out while listening music or looking movie. Now it's on my computer also, with Audigy2.
I updated my computer with Abit AN7/Kingston PC3000 512Mt/AMD XP 3000+ and the problem began just the same as my friends comp. Only connection to the problem I've noticed is that the more I write with keyboard, the more the sound cuts out. It's with mp3's, movies and few games.
I formatted twice and problem remains. It's really annoying one so I would be very pleased if someone has any clue to fix this.
Thank you allready.

No same IRQ with any other device, Audigy2 is the only device with IRQ 16. Before last format I also tried Audigy2 to all PCI ports and the sound cutted out the same way in every port.

I posted this issue to the several forums so I was lazy and didn't post the solution, which helped in my case, to the every forum. Sorry
Just thought that if someone has the same problem, he can ask it here.

But to the business. Here's the tip I got in one forum:
Go to the device manager and under the computer section there's ACPI Uniprosessor PC. Choose that with right button and take update driver. Don't let the computer search the driver, do it yourself (lower one). And again the lower one to list the drivers. Take Advanced Configuration and Power Interface (ACPI) PC, it's in the compatible list. It need couple reboots and done.

At least that helped for me, sound doesn't cut out anymore, at all.
