Need a good mp3 encoder
Can anyone point me in the direction of a really good mp3 encoder. I'm really just after people opinions on what they like.

CDex ( spellinging) is great program to use. However, my favorite program that supports everything is Easy CD-DA . It's not free but you get free updates for life.

Thanks for the link. I'm liking LAME quiet a bit. Seems to do a very good job of encoding as I'm not getting the nasty hissing on high treble or on spoken words which begin or end with s type sounds.
