Can the soundmax on my p4p800 support A3D (for CS) ?

Hello,
I've a Soundmax audio card on my ASUS P4P800. I've a DDT2500 (5.1 digital speakers) plugged on the SPDIF. I was wondering if I could be able to have the A3D 2.0 audio feature (Thx to a drivers hack or whatever) to enable it for counter-strike. The official drivers don't seem to support it. Are the Kx project drivers compatible with my card ?

I'm not aware of any A3D support for your onboard sound. However, I don't use the onboard on my MB. I think there is support for older versions of A3D but that is as good as you'll because of two reasons.

1. Creative bought Aureal out

2. Creative bought the rights to Sensaura.

The Kx drivers will only work with Creative cards.
