Sorry, but it's not possible due to the nature of wave and midi files. Think of midi as scoretable, and of wave as sound data. It's practically impossible to convert it that way (without a talented musician).
There used to be some software out there that would take a musical score and read it to produce a MIDI file. Do a Google (or other good) web search for "midi score software" and check the links. You might be able to find a way to get the midi into an interim format, then convert that to wav. It was a lot of trouble eight years ago - hopefully it's easier now...
