Problem with "Creative EAX Settings"

Welcome,

Whenever I install any Creative drivers (f.e. YouP-Pax 6.25 or Daniel_k drivers) I have a problem regarding that there I cant change any settings in "Creative EAX Settings" panel.

I would like to enable audio effects and pick some environment settings and nothing happen. Also when I want to pick CMSS or CMSS 2 setting nothing changes in sound quality.

Is there anyone who could tell me what to do in this case?

My OS is Vista-32Bit and I have Audigy 1 (SB0090)

Please find attached photo:

I had the same problem. I was able to solve it with "creative audiohq" . You can access the EAX Setting through this util. I'm not sure if it's working on vista.
