how to enable 5.1 with digital x-fi music ??

HI im using a x-fi music with digital coax connect to the av-receiver and noticed today that i can only get 2.1 out of the pc ?!?

how can i fix that and change back to digital 5.1 ??

Have you tried using Creative's Audio Console that is in the program area of your start menu?

Otherwise you can try and change it via the Windows Sound control panel, as far as your actual player it needs to support 5.1 music playing, and then actually process the sound into 5.1, but make sure your speaker settings are set up permanently first.
