exclamation big problem with surround mixer and softmod audigy 4 drivers

hello to all

i´m using the softmodded audigy4pro drivers with my audigy 1 and it worked very well since i´ve tried the new drivers from youpax...

now i´ve installed the aud4pro as before (deinstall youpax, dcpro, reinstall, get the patch) but my problem is now that the surround mixer wont save any settings ! when i change the speaker settings to headphones for example, the surround mixer set the wave to 50% and mute the wave-output, so i´ve to reset these settings all the time when i start windows.

does anyone know this problem or can give me a clue to fix it ?

need your help really bad

Hi Try copy paste updated drivers to the suite I fix some issues I think. Used version v4.09 copy driver folder to the audigy suite then reinstalled everthing. Please uninstalled from Device Manage then used driver cleaner then reinstalled the suite with the drivers. I don't think EQ work with new drivers anymore I don't think you really don't need them You can used eq maybe from audigy console anyway. My drivers are best sound possible get most of out of it lol. enjoy.

so u mean i should copy & paste your 4.09 driver folder (or the one from the 4.09A ?) to your youpax suite 2008 or the audigy4pro install suite ?
after that should i check the audio console and windows drivers in the new install ? what is with the patch files ? use them anyway ?

------------------

changed everything as u said and it may work so far but now i can´t use the eax console anymore !
any reasons ?
(i need the eax to set my 5.1 sys to work correctly)

thx so far moroga
