Live Drive 1 form to Audigy 2 Drive??

Hi guys,

i have seen some guys of you post some pin-outs for the Drive's. My question is can work my old Live Drive 1 with a newer Audigy 2 or maybe a X-Fi. In the forum from Creative they are say that the audigy 2 Drive work with the X-Fi's.

I had read the pin-outs are diffrent, can i build an own cable to make it works? If, can i get the pin-outs and a list which pins i must change, and/or break? I don't need all the new stuff, so i'm happy with my old drive, if its works. <3

Thanks for your help, this Board is really great!! So much things about pc-stuff.

you can try, but as has been posted around before - only the digital connections will work, optical, midi etc
analogue I/O will not work due to different clock rates

Hmm.. sounds very good for the first!

And how is it with the microphone 2 and headphones 2? My Live Drive is without the IR. Need i any other drivers or work it with the original ones?

Is this the pin-configuration for the live drive 1, too? And on the side from the Soundcard or from the Drive?

Or can i get anywere a changelist or something similar?

Simply change the configuration of the cable and it works?
