ct4790 driver needed

i need a driver for the ct4790 fo xp this has been my best sound card ive ever had its gone from 3 different computers and now they say end of service life if i can get a driver thanks

Thanks very much for this reply, I searched hi and lo for the driver for my ct4790 sound card, and this was the ONLY place that led me to an active link for the correct driver. When I searched the creative site using ct4790, I found nothing. Again, thanks for the link.
