what agp card should i get?
i have been hearing that agp cards are obsolete now but my motherboard only supports agp 8x and it is out of my budget to buy a whole new computer.
what agp card should i get? im looking for a card that can run halflife 2 decently at maybe 80 to 100 fps with medium settings. my budget is about 150USD. can anyone help me out and maybe just offer a little advice or some opinion? thanks in advance, john |

X850XT, overclocked to PE.
Or if you're the adventurous modding type, the X800GTO2 for AGP (if you can find it mind you) Modded to an X850XT might be good. The X800XL if you can find it, also a good choice. Stay away from the 12 pipe Pro cards, waste of cash unless you wanna mod.

i got me a x850 pro for 299 cdn so im happy... runs me good. games are more bearable
