Random reboots with 9700 Pro

I've been having random reboots due to my 9700 Pro and I don't know if ramsinks would help or not. I know it's my graphics card for sure and not my RAM or power supply. Nothing is overclocked and using stock heatsink fan.

Downclock the video ram as much as possible and if that fixes it your hunch was correct

go into your bios if you can and see if spd is enabled for your chipset and if it is set it to manual and make sure all of your timings are correct for your ram.also while you are in there make sure that everything else is set right and that all unused onboard perifferals are disabled.sometimes your bios will not detect the right settings.also if you can look at your voltage output of your psu with some monitoring app.later

P:S: if you create a sig in your profile it would help people to diagnose your probs faster and easier

this is probably an issue with memory, motherboard, drivers, or powersupply. possibly a bios setting at the least.

if you think otherwise dont be stubern and try. try the card in annother machine at the very least.

I did try it in another machine and it did the same when I try to play games. It happens with pretty much all the games that I play. So I narrowed it down to my graphics card.

I've been living with it for awhile now, so it's kinda sad that i'm used to it lol. Like I can tell that it's going to happen again when I load up the game. Anyways, thanks for all the input.
