Pissed Trouble flashing Bios on X800GTO2

I saw this article about flashing the bios on my X800GTO2 in order to mod it from 12 to 16 Pipelines.

http://www.techpowerup.com/articles/...ng/vidcard/127

Now I've gone through all the steps, made a bootdisk, booted up in DOS, used the flash program.

A:\flashromp16: flashrom -f 0 GTO16.bin (where gto16.bin is the name of the Bios file)

I've rebooted the machine, used ATI Tray Tools to check the pipelines, but it still says 12.
What am I doing wrong?

Perhaps your card cannot be flashed. It is entirely possible.

Check some games see if it performs better. If not, then, you got stuck with a 12 pipe card.

Can't believe this thread got 41 views and no one spotted the mistake. Was being a bit stupid right enough though. Used the wrong command in DOS, it should have been:

-f -p 0 GTO16.bin

In case anyone cares.
