Acer Ferrrari 4000notebook

dear all,
i recetly bought the above notebook and a friend installed fedora core 4 on it.
Since i am not an expirenced user with linux i have tried to find and intall drivers for it but with no luck.
The specs for the notebook are:
AMD Turion™ 64 processor
ATI MOBILITY™ RADEON® X700 with 128 MB of external DDR VRAM
ATI Mobility RADEON® XPRESS 200 series chipset

I have been triying to find a way to install the chipset and vga drivers but i couldn't find any.

Since i don't want to give up on linux so easy can anybody advice me on what to do or where to find drivers.
