Help With Overclocking!!!
i was wondering if someone could please help me with overclocking my video card. i have a 256 MB Gecube Radeon 9250. im a noob at this and i need some help please!!!

First thing you'll need is a program > try radlinker or ati tray tools. Next thing, is to go slowly when over clocking. Best to go 5hz at a time until you reach your maximum. As long as you go slow, and test thoroughly using an intensive 3d app, such as 3dmark 2003/5, you should be able to safely find your max, and squeeze a little more performance outta that card.
There are many guides if you search google if you need an in depth guide.

Graphical artifacts will appear, in other words, white dots and texture corruption when in 3d applications.

If you have any instability problems (lockups, reboots) or if you see graphical artifacting, such as white dots, flashing textures or colored lines you will have gone too far.
