Sad Overclocking prob, Need Help, Please!

Hi i know i've probably posted this in the wrong place but i need some help. I was overclocking my graphics card earlier using radlinker, when my brother can into my room and started argueing with me. I turned my back and he changed the two Mhz sliders on radlinker down to about 30 Mhz each!! My comps screen went all fuzzy and then the comp froze. Everytime i boot the comp now, windows loads up but the screen is all fuzzy and i cant see anything to change the settings back, then about 1/2mins after booting up it just goes the a black screen . Please help is there some type of fail safe opition i can enable at startup by pressin summit . Please help Thanks.

Try going into Safe Mode, by pressing F8 after your system beeps. If it still happens there, you borked it . But I dont think you would have borked it that easily.

In any case just blame your brother
