methinks someone knows something...

NDA?

I think it'll be a 0.15 core redesigned to hit higher clockspeeds. DDRII if needed to match core speed.

Heh

I want an expensive card! I'll sell my kidney (and my 9700) for a 9900, if the performance gain is big enough...

eh, personally i just buy it after it has been out for about 5 months then buy it. Sell it a couple months later for the same price to some eBay dummy. Then I start all over.

LOL, I also tend to wait a while before jumping on the newer hardware, it let's ATI work out the drivers and bring the price down a bit. Never really thought about selling my old stuff to "E-Bay dummies" , that's pretty funny.

3dfx

I'm sticking with 3dfx, they were runing shit in the beginning and now they work at nvidia, so you know they are running shit there, even the ti 4600 is based on a design from 3dfx, notice the name geforce fx, 3dfx, hmmmmmmmm

The Ti4600 had no 3dfx engineers working on it at all man. The GFFX had quite a number however. At the NV30 unveiling at Comdex I tried to get some details of 3dfx technology in the card, but couldn't get any answers

Welcome to the Forums

I agree, but I don't think it'll be more then a month after. I wouldn't be surprised if they're available in volume at around the same time.

I just wish I knew WHEN the R350 would be out, and if the only difference is that it will be oc'd...... I already OC my 9700p to 440/360, so unless they have done other things to allow it to oc further, then it will be useless to me.
