Sapphire X800 XT PE AGP BIOS needed
I downloaded and after flashing with Sapphire.X800XT.256.Samsung16_040719.bin I got artifacts. I didn't make a backup of my original bios. I need the original Sapphire bios date 06/24/2004.
Where can I get it or can somebody send it?

Tsk Tsk.. Well.. welcome to the forums at any rate.
I would give TechPowerups site HERE a try. You should be able to find the bios you need.

From there I downloaded Sapphire.X800XT.256.Samsung16_040719.bin it said Sapphire but it's Built by ATI. Before at Manufacturer it was Sapphire now I have Built by ATI or Powered by ATI (with the Sapphire.X800XT.256.Samsung16.040624.bin) from http://www.techpowerup.com/bios/. With these files I have artifacts.
I need Sapphire bios.

Have you tried the 3rd bios on that site? The one dated 040506? You don't notice it right away since it's buried a little before the other 2 listings. You can get that file from HERE .
On their site it's listed as
Sapphire X800 XT PE (AGP) 256 MB May 6th 2004 9:40 PM Aug 2nd 2004 10:08 AM
That one is the original Sapphire XTPE bios.

One thing i dont understand in this thread .. is if you already have a PE, whats witht he bios flashing in the first place ?
Also if you need the card to actually register as a saphire, you can change the vendor id of an existing bios to reflect sapphire, but there are no benefits to this. in fact you lose the ati multimedia centre if the card is set at anything but ati.

I can see why he wants the official bios. As long as he doesn't say anything to Sapphire, having the official bios basically allows him to keep any warrany he may still have.
Still, Blackboots question has raised a concern: if the card was actually a pro the bios might have opened up the bad pipelines, or clocked the card beyond specs. However, if it is an XTPE, well, then this shouldn't have happened unless the bios was corrupt, or the card is overheating.
Mtosev: have you tried clocking the card down to a lower spec, such as 500GPU/500Memory (normal XT speeds)? Do you get any artifacts at that speed?
