You're not going to get an answer on this one. If anyone finds 'em, they'll be gone by the time it's reported.
You can check newegg and get on a wait list or something.

Well I bought a Sapphire X800XT like 2 weeks ago from zipzoomfly.com, cost $499.99, it was OEM though. It easily overclocks to PE speeds without much of a temperature rise - I know not all X800XT's can OC good, but Sapphire's can. I think I had it as high as 600/600 (xt stock is 500/500, xtpe stock is 520/560) but I started to get some artifacts, but when you consider that my case is a piece of shit with no airflow cause it has the shittiest fans ever made, that's pretty good results. If I just get some real fans and add a PCI fan below the card I'm sure it'll be stable, or if I just get a VGA cooler it will be allright. Anyway, the card is a damn good purchase.

Actually X800XT cards are pretty abundant
Actually X800XT PE cards are hard to find but not impossable
both cards can be found an bought with in minutes
That is if your will to pay insane prices....
Stock flys off the shelfs at retailers
(employes buy them in bulk and resell them for more online)
Etailers get limited quanities and of course sell them for high dallor
people are openly paying 150-200+% MSRP!!!!!
I've seen them go for $1000 - $1200! on ebay!
