IQ at different resolution settings

I'm getting a difference in IQ on my 9500 Pro in FS2004 at different resolutions.

I'm at 6xAA 16xFSAA, and at 1024x768x32 it looks really good. However, if I switch to 1600x1200x32 it appears as if the AA 'goes away'.

Here are 2 screenshots, of the same plane at the same spot, at both resolutions:

You can see the difference (jaggies) at the top edge of the wing, and around the door window cutout. Also you can see that there is a 10 FPS difference (top left of the screenshot), with the 1600x122x32 being higher than the 1024x768x32, which leads me to believe that the card/software isn't doing AA at the higher res.

I've tried with my desktop at 1024x768x32 and at 1600x1200x32, and it makes no difference.

I'm running CAT CCC 4.12, and all other drivers are also up-to-date.

Anyone know what I could do to get the better IQ at the higher res?

Have you tried using 2x AA at 1600x1200? I'm thinking that maybe the card can't handle the higher modes of AA at top resolutions.
