Which DVI cable?

I have a ATI 9800pro card and have just bought a Iiyama E345S TFT monitor. I know the card has a DVI-I connector and the monitor a DVI-D connector. Which is the best cable for these 2 devices and, where can I get one from, preferably in the UK.

DVI-I means it will support VGA and Digital monitors. DVI-D is only digital.

This should help:

I'm not sure where to get stuff in the UK. I'm in the USA.
