wow..
btw,i'm using a gecube 9600 pro 256mb..
the stock speeds were 398mhz/198mhz CORE/MEM respectively,
in ATI.com it shows 400mhz/300mhz...
is there something wrong with my card?..
or is it due to the manufacturer?

9600Pros with 256MB often come with slower memory, since extra 128MB would otherwise push the price out of the mainstream segment. I couldn't find official data for your model, but there are other people with your card complaining about the same thing. From their expirience, your card could probably work at 450/250MHz, which should produce about 3400 points in 3DMark03, which is not great, but there isn't much one can do about it.

Mine got to 500/340 stable when I had it. And although you got 256 mb ram on that card, the higher clocked 128mb are still a little faster. Hopefully you can oc the ram decently.

na i wasn't able to o/c the ram past 205mhz..
2mhz more and i see flickering...not really flickering but it's as though there are blinking pixels on the screen.
i've only managed to drive the core clock to 475mhz...

Well, for this i even had to put my AGP Voltage up by 1 otherwise my system was crashing when gaming. If i turn my core or memory 1 tiny bit higher than 506/324 my systems already hangs sometimes while gaming. And dunno, dont feel like higher AGP volt again.
