It might be a PSU problem... although it depends on the brand.. if its an off brand then it definitely might be. Try and check how much voltage it is supplying on the 3.3v line.. I used to have the same problem with my old system with a 9700 Pro...
and Turning off fast writes does work... it did with my Athlon XP system

hmm.. that may be a little low.. is it at least somewhat stable that low? it might be dropping to far down and cutting out on enough voltage for your card

3.12 is a bit low, the general rule of thumb is around 5% lower than usual is OK. the 5% mark is 3.135 :P you're nearly 10% below where you want to be.

I installed the lastest official ati driver without catalyst ( the program says that i didnt install my driver properly )...

what drivers are you using? if its the 8.07 betas a few people have had problems with it crashing, also there was something i read about SP2 not liking GART drivers anymore because microsoft decided to change the way it interfaces with the AGP port, so removing smartgart may fix your problem.

i think blue screen either means bad ram or bad driver, or an ocational glitch

well youd think ram, but the fact it only happens on certain games points more to the driver and the fact microsoft decided to change the way windows interacts with the agp without mentioning it doesnt really help! i think ATi had something on their site about users with windows sp2

i dont see why not, if its select games its more likely to be a driver problem.
have you tried the Catalyst 4.9 drivers?

try using driver cleaner then installing the drivers again, it could be you have something left over from earlier drivers...
