i notice 2 dip switches on my 9800se flashed to xt
i found a lil black chip looking thing near the gpu an it had 2 dip switches on it.each switch had options 1 or 2.does anyone know what it is.if i dont get a answer by tomaroo morniing i am taking the silencer back off an switch them to 1 an see what happenes.my guess was maybe it is a bios featur that if i switch it to 1 it will return bios to normal or somthing.another person said maybe it enables the other 4 pipes.i dont kno but any opinions

The switches are to select the video output mode, NTSC or PAL.

You would want to leave it alone, NTSC is the National Television Standards Committee, cant remember what PAL stands for, NTSC is for cards sold in North America and PAL is for cards sold in Europe..you can do a search for NTSC and PAL, just to see what theye do..But i can say changing this will Not make anything magical happen, back in the 9700 days this was talked about...
