UPGRADE ATI MOBILITY (emachine)

Does anyone know a way to possibly upgrade a 9600 mobility with 64 megs of ram to either 128 or possibly swap it out for a mobility 9700 or 9800?

I am running an eMachine 680x series

Thanks

some laptops have the videocards on "daughtercarrds" and these can be swaped out with other cards of the same series. Dell for one and some sagers I saw were able to do this at one time... I just don't want to tear my laptop case apart only to find out i can't. Was hoping someone else reading the formems may have had been more daring then I have been. If its at all possible where to get the "oem" cards would be great too

I don't think so.

Edit: In regards to the original question, not the previous reply.
