i just ordered a x800xtpe :D
it's an OEM sapphire, but i really don't care, i got it for 468 dollars
the store claims that it's in stock and will be shipping it in 2-3 days. ground shipping cost 8USD though...i wanted to do 3 day express but it would have cost 19 dollars.
i got it from a yahoo store that i'd never heard of before, but it got a 7.7 something on reseller ratings and 4.5 out of 5 stars on yahoo ratings. so i'm confident in my order.
i can't wait until it gets here i was going to order that powercolor vivo for 485 dollars and then just flash it to a xt, but this way saves me 20 bucks and the risk of doing a bios flash

That's why I like to buy from NewEgg. I've bought from vendors before and my orders have 'mysteriously' vanished along w/their support number. My order materializes a month and a half later.
But enough negativity; good luck on getting that video card on time!

lol, CDW always has these really low prices but i've hear horror stories, which is the only reason i didn't buy it from them.
i got it from a different place, i'd post it but i'm paranoid that other people will flock to the site and they'll forget about my order and other people will get theirs and i'll have to wait for the next shipment
anyways, i'm about to call them and confirm that it'll be shipped out soon and that it was indeed in stock. i'll post the site after that call.

ok, here's a point to worry about. the shipping weight of my package is 1.6lbs...that's really, really light. could these guys have sent me one w/out a HSF?
darn, just have to wait until it gets here i guess...

1.6 pounds isn't THAT light. It sounds about right to me actually.
