9800 xt mod and corruped textures

I got a Club3d (CP tech) referens design 9800pro r360 with 128mb samsung mem.

Flashed the Bios with a xt bios about 7 months ago.
Wheeee i got a 300points increase in 3dmark03 (at 412/375 clockspeed pro and xt)

But at a closer look i saw those weird texture line corruptions in 3dmark03 and also in farcry, So for the people that think that the corruptions just affect 3dmark your dead wrong. Tried diffrent clock speeds to and it doesnt matter, still get corruped

Now im back with the orignal 9800pro bios.

To the question i got: anyone made or found a 9800pro bios with the performens increase, without the corrupt line thingies?
