AIW 9800 SE softmod help....please!

I have aqcuired a AIW 9800 SE 128 and have read that it can be softmodded to a 9800 PRO (using Rivatuner????) I am hoping someone could shed some light on exactly what is required to achieve this. I am currently running a 9600 PRO on CAT 4.9's.

Any help (or an idiots guide with each step) would be very much appreciated!!

with riva tuner all u are doing is takin the patchscript an applieing them to the driver u use for your card.this is what omegas an other drivers makers use so just use omegas. to do it in riva tuner u will have to go to rivatuner folder then patch script folder then ati folder then click on SoftR9x00 folder then click 9x or w2k=which mean xp to then when it open choose force radeon 9800 capibilities beside continue.an hit continue go to the folder where u extracted your drivers let say if it extract to my c:\ ull have to browse all the way here C:\ATI\SUPPORT\wxp-w2k-CCC-8-051-040825a-017633C\Driver\2KXP_INF\B_17656 then when it say file as type choose atimtag.sy_ then once its patch go to the C:\ATI\SUPPORT\wxp-w2k-CCC-8-051-040825a-017633C\Driver\2KXP_INF\B_17656 folder an delete atimtag.sy_ but bot the atimag.sys as atimtag.sys is the 1 u just built.then install drivers.that will be 3 dollars please
