Sad Need help 9600se problems !!!!!

Hi i have a big prob i hope someone can help me , my Sapphire 9600se is almost "dead" .
I think my bios is bad becuse when i start my puter it loads but when windos is going to start my puter reboots , even when i try to install a new copy of windows it shutsdown .
Can someone help me ?

yer video card wouldn't shutdown the computer...just make the screen go blank......im afraid it sounds like the IDE track in your motherboard is trashed

My motherboard is a abitkv7 i have tried my ide and my sata to reinstall windows but it's the same problem

Hmm first off you 'ide track' or channel its more then likey not going bad. Enter your bios and check you settings. Also set you bios to fail safe and reboot and try. Also try another cd of you installation media and i would also try another cd-rom drive.

I have tried defaults / failsafe about 20 times now and still i have the same problem my hd is working fine in my friends puter booting up windows is no problem but in mine it's not working (windows is already installed on the disk ) i was thinking maybe its the bios for my sapphire 9600se but i cant find some for it so i cant flash it .

Test the video card in another machine...also try to boot in safe mode and use driver cleaner to wipe all ATI and nvidia files.

i cant boot into safe mode or in eny mode windows just wont start
