I have a problem installing the ati dvd program. when ever I try to install from the DVD decoder Wizard, I get the messege that Appropriate ATI Hardware not found, Setup will now exit, this is after a clean install of xp, and the newest drivers (Catalyst 4.4)

I need some advice quickly,
